此时因为是早餐时候,门口排了一条长长的队伍。
李潇一边排队,一边向姜映雪介绍“有福豆浆,一听名字就知道,这里最出名的就是他们家的豆浆。
听老院长说,这里的黄豆全部都要经过老板,也就是张有福先生的手,所有黄豆只选用最好的。
每颗黄豆要在清水中泡足48个小时,让每颗黄豆吸收足够的水分。阑
然后用人工推动石磨,把黄豆磨成豆浆。“
说着李潇指着摆在店门头的那两个石磨。
两个足有一米九以上的肌肉壮汉正在用力推着石磨,石磨上面挂着一个装了已经泡发好的黄豆的漏洞,每隔一段时间,就会有一些黄豆在石磨上。
石磨又被壮汉推动,磨成蛋白色的豆汁,流入旁边的木桶里。
豆浆需要三煮三沸后,才能饮用。
为什么要三煮三沸?
因为豆浆会出现假沸现在,也就是你看到他沸腾了,其实并不是真的沸腾,要等豆浆沸腾三次,之后,这豆浆才是真正的熟了。阑
虽然排在有福豆浆门口的队伍很长,足足好几十人。
不过队伍的前进速度却不慢,因为有福豆浆不同于那些网红店,需要请人排队并且减慢制作速度,来营造火爆的场面。
人家这家经营了足足五十六年的老店,可是一直靠低廉的价格,优质的出品,赢得大家的支持。
很快,李潇前面的队伍就没剩下多少人。
一个店员立刻递上菜单。
菜单上的种类很少,豆浆,油条,大饼,麻球,一共四样。
豆浆照顾了不同地区的人,分了咸的,甜的。阑
咸的会加葱花,虾皮,还有剪碎的油条,甜的就只加白糖。
李潇是喜欢吃甜的,姜映雪也是南方人,所以李潇在甜的那一栏写了两份。
这边的大饼分为葱油饼和酥油饼,不过这边的大饼,李潇曾经吃过,感觉比较油腻,而起面皮太死了,李潇也就没选。
